Warranty & return policy

Limited Warranty

Coverage: 12 months from delivery to end user.

All new NSCNC Manufacturing Limited machines and components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from delivery. Extended warranties of one additional year are available under the same terms.

The manufacturer's sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement — at the manufacturer's discretion — of defective parts or components. No other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is provided.

Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear components: paint, milling bits, coolant fluid, and consumables
• Damage from mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation
• Damage from improper power conditions or electrical events
• Damage from unauthorized repair or service
• Shipping damage and cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Minor external imperfections from transit — normal for precision manufacturing equipment

The manufacturer is not liable for loss of profits, lost data, production downtime, or any incidental or consequential damages. Third-party peripherals carry only the warranty of their original manufacturer.
