User guides & tutorials.

Every NS CNC machine ships with a complete user guide and access to our video tutorial library. Covers setup, calibration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for every model in the current lineup.

02 / Warranty

12 months. Parts and labor.

All new machines and components are warranted for 12 months from delivery. Extended warranties are available for one additional year under the same terms. Consumables and wear components excluded.

03 / Parts & Service

Replacement parts direct from HQ.

Spindles, collets, coolant system components, controller boards, tooling. Order through your authorized distributor or contact headquarters directly. Shipped from Surrey, BC.

04 / Technical Support

Talk to engineering.

For issues your distributor can't resolve, contact NS CNC headquarters directly. Our technical team is the same group that designed and built your machine.
